Shipping

All live ant orders are shipped on Mondays via express post to ensure they arrive quickly.

Orders of Ant keeping equipment are shipped the day after purchase via standard post.

Orders of live ants can be modified or canceled until 8:30 AM on Monday before they are shipped. Orders of ant keeping equipment can be modified or canceled until 8:30 AM daily before they are shipped.

We do not ship live ants to Western Australia due to strict biosecurity regulations.

No do not ship any orders outside of Australia.

Refunds and returns

Live ants cannot be refunded.

We do not accept returns for deceased ants.

Refunds/returns of ants and equipment are only eligible 7 days after arrival.

Dead workers and/or brood does not make an order eligible for a refund.

You must provide evidence that the queen/colony you ordered is deceased. You can do this by sending us a picture via email. The same applies for damaged equipment.
